Thanks for providing these numbers. They look like the might have come from a cam doctor, but I’m not sure you have transcribed them correctly. For intance, on the first one, the LS1 cam, the cam timing @ .050 numbers work out correctly when I put them in my cam calculator but the .004″ numbers don’t. Do you still have your original data?
Most of the cam numbers are from various forums, I just collected them in 1 place for easier reference. I haven’t personally verified any of these numbers.
I have a 5.3 Chevy motor of course I went through it bored it did all that I put a Texas whatever camshaft in it had no torque but it ran real good up high pulled it out put a 0965 camshaft in have good torque still runs good up high but I want more torque so I bought another camshaft it’s a Chevy cam 4519 number will I gain a little more torque versus the LS1 cam I have?
there are 5 different ls1 cams, which one do you have? in general i’m going to say no since the 4519 has more duration and lift than any of the LS1 cams.
